My first task at Virgin Hyperloop One was to begin distilling a more agile and user centered design direction that started with the software organization and grew to influence marketing, business development, and hardware engineering teams.

As the company shifted to more agile design methodologies I grew a dynamic hybrid team through local hires, contract employees, and external partners.

I managed this team as they navigated the complexities of a cutting edge autonomous transportation system with millisecond accurate safety critical performance. 

I have a passion for working in these grey areas and collaboratively engaging stakeholders to help everyone find the same language to speak.
