Jaguar Land Rover Pivi Pro
UX / HMI Product Lead
At the time we called it UX 2020, a comprehensive analysis of future technology trends to bring a more user centered design to Jaguar Land Rover vehicles.

I lead a cross functional team of developers, designers, project managers, and user researchers to build a new infotainment system design that could bring a unique experience to the brand's customer but also ensure safety and reliability through rigorous user testing.

I routinely met with engineers in the UK over video chat to update technical requirements from across the business and vehicle line programs.

Our team maintained a meticulous database that blended future designs, example code, and user test results in a single platform that allowed system wide components to be developed, tested, and iterated through various complex vehicle apps.

This database enabled us to push code changes to prototype or production hardware on site in Portland or to a mirrored facility in Coventry so anyone from across the business could provide tangible hands on feedback to the latest design directions.

This project was the baseline for Jaguar Land Rover's new infotainment system released on their most prestigious product, the Defender.
